the competitive decision-making process.
Notification of Acceptance or non-acceptance into the Workshop will be sent to you within two weeks
of receipt of your registration materials.
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE OVERVIEW
Thursday – Check-in 3pm, Reception Dinner 5:30pm, Opening Session 7:00pm
Friday and Saturday – Full Sessions including Breakfast and Lunch
Sunday – Closing Session and Participant Concert including Breakfast and Lunch.
Concludes 6:30pm.

Transportation to Hudson, NY is the responsibility of the participant. Hudson is accessible by car
from the NYS Thruway or Taconic State Parkway, or by AMTRAK train service (we provide station
pick up). Housing is included in the Full Workshop Rate. Participants are housed in neighboring homes in the
Columbia County area. A Commuter Reduced Rate (housing not provided) is also available. Meals are freshly prepared and provided on Thursday (reception dinner); Friday, Saturday and
Sunday (breakfast and lunch only). On Friday and Saturday evenings, we dine out at one of Hudson’s
fine restaurants (not provided).

Commuter Reduced Rate (Housing Not Provided) $795
Above rates include all classes, concerts (Faculty and Participant), daily workshops, jam sessions,
reception dinner (Thursday only), daily breakfast and lunch, Sunday outdoor barbeque lunch
(weather permitting) and housing in nearby private homes.
